REFUND POLICY (updated 12-18-11)
1. Players requesting a refund, must send their requests in writing or e-mail prior to January 15, 2011.
2. Refunds provided to players that drop prior to the deadline will be assessed a $35.00 transaction fee.
3. Players that drop on or after January 15, 2011 will forfeit their entire subscription fee.
4. Refunds provided to players that were dropped by the team management for any reason, will be assessed a $35.00 transaction fee plus a $10.00 fee per each game scheduled prior to that date.
5. Refunds will take 15 to 30 days to be processed.
